Are you not able to pay an invoice all at once? Have you received an invoice for several periods or months? Then a payment arrangement is often possible. You do not have to pay extra for a payment scheme.
Is a payment arrangment possible for you? This depends on your regulation and situation:
Social Support Act (Wmo)
This is how you request a Wmo payment arrangment:
For the Wmo in 2019 or earlier, you can quickly and easily request a payment arrangement via My CAK.
For the Wmo in 2020, you can request a payment scheme via this form (Dutch only).
Call us on 0800-1925 or + 31 88 711 5690 (from abroad). Keep your social security number (BSN) at hand. Then we can help you faster.
Is it an invoice with a date before 1 January 2016? Then it is not possible to apply for a payment scheme via My CAK. Always call us for this.
Do you already have a payment arrangement with the CAK? Then call us, too.
Are you not able to pay your contribution to the Wlz because your property is for sale? Then you can request temporary deferral of payment for part of the contribution. You request this payment scheme with a form. What form this is depends on your situation:
Send the form completed and signed back to us. Do not forget to send all mandatory supporting documents. You will receive a reply to your request as soon as possible.
Health insurance abroad (treaty-entitled persons)
You can apply for a payment arrangement if you have received a final annual statement and there is an additional payment to make. A payment arrangement is entered into for a maximum period of 12 or 24 months. Which period applies to you depends on the amount you have to pay:
EUR 100 to EUR 600: you can enter into a payment arrangement for between 2 and a maximum of 12 months. The minimum instalment is EUR 50.
EUR 600 to EUR 2 400: you can enter into a payment arrangement for a maximum of 12 months.
More than EUR 2 400: you can enter into a payment arrangement for a maximum of 24 months.
In some cases, we may deviate from these periods.
Do you have a SEPA bank account? If so, it is best to issue a direct debit to us. You are sure that you will pay your term amount on time. Please make sure you have sufficient balance for the transfer.
For the uninsured scheme, you cannot enter a payment arrangment with the CAK. If we have taken out health insurance for you, you cannot pay the administrative premium in instalments.
Paying to the CJIB
Once the collection of the administrative premium has been stopped, you will receive a final statement. If you still have to pay, you will receive an invoice from the Central Judicial Debit Office (CJIB). You can pay this in parts to the CJIB.
Do you have to pay a fine? Then you can pay the fine in one or three parts to the CJIB.
For the conscientious objectors payment scheme, you cannot make a payment arrangment with the CAK. You cannot pay the administrative premium in parts.
