Apply for a payment arrangment
Are you not able to pay an invoice all at once? Have you received an invoice for several periods or months? Then a payment arrangement is often possible. You do not have to pay extra for a payment scheme.
Is a payment arrangment possible for you? This depends on your regulation and situation:

- You have to pay the high contribution, but your property has not yet been sold. You cannot therefore pay the high contribution in full. Use the form Betalingsregeling vanwege verkoop woning (pdf, 44 kB) (20-01-2016).
- Your property has been for sale for a long time and counts for tax with your assets in box 3. Use the form Betalingsregeling vanwege woning in box 3 (pdf, 1.4 MB) (21-12-2018).
Send the form completed and signed back to us. Do not forget to send all mandatory supporting documents. You will receive a reply to your request as soon as possible.
Health insurance abroad (treaty-entitled persons)
You can apply for a payment arrangement if you have received a final annual statement and there is an additional payment to make. A payment arrangement is entered into for a maximum period of 12 or 24 months. Which period applies to you depends on the amount you have to pay:
- EUR 100 to EUR 600: you can enter into a payment arrangement for between 2 and a maximum of 12 months. The minimum instalment is EUR 50.
- EUR 600 to EUR 2 400: you can enter into a payment arrangement for a maximum of 12 months.
- More than EUR 2 400: you can enter into a payment arrangement for a maximum of 24 months.
In some cases, we may deviate from these periods.
Do you have a SEPA bank account? If so, it is best to issue a direct debit to us. You are sure that you will pay your term amount on time. Please make sure you have sufficient balance for the transfer.
