Do you still want to object? You have 6 weeks to do so. There are 2 ways in which you can lodge an objection:
- by filling in a form and sending it to us or
- by writing a letter.
You cannot lodge an objection by telephone.
Print objection form
Print the objection form (13-09-2017, pdf, 64 kB, Dutch only) and fill it in.
Note: do not forget to enter your telephone number and signature. This way we can easily reach you if we have any questions.
Please enclose the following documents with your form:
- a copy of the decision to which you are objecting
- copies of supporting documents
- if someone else objects on your behalf: an authorization (13-09-2017, pdf, 45 kB, Dutch only)
Writing a letter
Would you rather write us a letter? Then send us a notice of objection and include the following:
- your name, address and e-mail address
- the date on which you send us the notice of objection
- a description of the decision to which you are objecting (state date and decision number)
- the reason why you disagree with the decision
- your citizen service number (BSN)
- your phone number
Please enclose the following documents:
- a copy of the decision to which you are objecting
- copies of supporting documents
