Do you want to visit our office? We will be happy to talk to you. However, please call us first to make an appointment. You don't need to make an appointment if you need an English-language medical certificate. You can visit us on working days between 9 a.m. and 12 a.m.
Please note
Please bring your identification with you. That means a drivers licence, passport or identity card.
Validate your medication statement
When visiting our office to validate your English medication statement, we will assess your statement at the front desk. When valid, you will receive the approved statement immediately.
- You can visit us without an appointment on working days between 09.00 and 12.00.
- Make sure the original signature of your doctor or general practitioner appears on every page of the statement. We cannot assess a copy or scan of the signature.
You do not have to come by for a Schengen medication statement. Make a scan or photo of the completed and signed statement and send it to us by e-mail.
Tip
From 23 to 28 June, the NATO summit will take place in The Hague. The CAK is open, but a number of institutions such as the Consular Services Centre (CDC), CBIG and various embassies are then closed. Also take into account traffic closures in The Hague around this period.
