Changing your e-mail address
Would you like to provide us with your (new) e-mail address? Then you can easily arrange this online.
Tip
You can check in Mijn CAK (Dutch only) which e-mail address we have from you. Your e-mail address can be found under 'Contactgegevens'.
Would you rather provide your (new) e-mail address with a paper form? Download the amendment form (pdf, 120 kB), print it and send it to us by post. Our address is on the form.
