File a complaint


You can file a complaint if you are not satisfied with our services. For example, you feel that you have been mistreated by an employee. Or that you had to wait too long for a response from us.

There are several ways in which you can file a complaint:

  1. Online via the digital complaint form.
  2. Over the phone. Call us on +31 88 711 5551.
  3. By post. Please include in your letter at least the following information:
    • your name
    • your address
    • your date of birth
    • the date of the day you send the complaint
    • What your complaint is
    • your citizen service number (BSN)
    • your telephone number (so that we can call you for a personal conversation)
