Paying automatically

Paying by direct debit is convenient. This way, you always pay on time and you don’t have to transfer the amount manually yourself. You don’t have to do anything.

Good to know

  • A direct debit can only be done with your authorisation.
  • The amount will be debited around the 28th of the month.
  • Not enough funds in your bank account? That can happen. We’ll try again 15 days later.
  • Do you disagree with a direct debit? Then you can have the amount refunded to your account within 56 days. You arrange this through your bank, for example in your payment app.

Apply for a direct debit directly

Send us a message via the online contact form, or call us on +31 887115551. We will then send you a form where you authorise us to debit the payments. This is called a SEPA form.

Tip

A direct debit is only possible for bank accounts in the following countries: Belgium, Czechia, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, the United Kingdom.
