New in Mijn CAK: set your language preference


Would you rather choose whether we include a translation with the letters you receive from us? You can! You can now easily set your language preference in My CAK.

How does it work?

Log in to My CAK with your DigiD and click Taalkeuze wijzigen in the bottom right corner. You can choose from: Geen vertaling (No translation), Engels (English), Frans (French), Duits (German), Italiaans (Italian), Portugees (Portuguese),Spaans (Spanish), or Turks (Turkish). If you choose Geen vertaling, you will receive our letters in Dutch only.

Why?

With this new option, we want to provide our customers with personalized service. We are also saving on printing costs and are contributing to a sustainable environment. By the end of next year we also hope to offer the option of digital mail only.
