You do not pay any deductible or contribution in the UK.
If you are required to pay an immigration health surcharge (IHS) in the UK, you can reclaim this amount with the British government afterwards.

You can apply for healthcare benefits from the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration. Whether you receive healthcare benefits depends on your income, your partner's, and the country of residence factor. If you live in a country with a low country of residence factor, you are probably not entitled to healthcare benefits.
Are you a taxpayer in your country of residence? Then, in some countries, you can deduct your healthcare contribution. Inquire with the tax authorities in your country of residence about the possibilities.
