In this summary, you will find the designated health insurance provider or authority for each country. Register with them using the document you receive from us (or, if you are a cross-border worker, from your Dutch health insurer).

Do you live in Cabo Verde, North Macedonia, Tunisia or the United Kingdom? Then you will not receive a document from us. We will notify the designated authority about you ourselves. You will then receive a call from them to register.
