From 1 January 2026, the health insurance premium for the Uninsured Regulation is € 172.70 (it was € 172.33 in 2025).
In december, you will receive a letter about the new amount.
Why is the premium increasing?
Every year, the Minister of Health, Welfare and Sport sets the health insurance premium for the Uninsured Regulation. Our premium is linked to the average premium of all health insurers. Some insurers have increased their premium. That is why our premium is also going up slightly. The premium amount is set by law and is the same for everyone.
