Payment arrangement
Are you unable to pay a bill in one go? This can happen to all of us. If you are in this situation, we can help you by entering into a payment arrangement. This way, you will pay the invoice in instalments.

- A payment arrangement lasts a maximum of 24 months.
How does a payment arrangement work?
We enter into agreements with you about how much you will pay each month. This depends on the total amount you still have to pay.
Total amount of bill | Max. no. of months | Monthly amount |
---|---|---|
EUR 100 - EUR 400 | 12 | From EUR 50 |
More than EUR 2 400 | 24 | From EUR 100 |
*We sometimes deviate from the standard payment arrangement. For example, if you have other debts as well.
Apply for a payment arrangement
You can request a payment arrangement via Mijn CAK (Dutch only). You will immediately see an overview of your (open) annual statements.
- Log in to Mijn CAK with your DigiD.
- Under Zelf online regelen, click Betalingsregeling aanvragen.
- You will see the total amount that you still have to pay. In the overview you can see the open annual statements.
- Click Start and fill out the digital form.
- The minimum amount you have to pay each month is already filled in. You can increase this amount, but not reduce it.
- Choose direct debit or transfer yourself.
- Request Sent? You will receive a letter from us within 10 working days. It will state whether your application has been approved and from which date you will pay.
Tip
Pay by direct debit. By signing a direct debit mandate, you authorise us to debit the amount from your bank account each month. This way, you always pay on time and you don’t have to transfer the amount manually yourself. The amount will be debited around the 28th of the month.
