How can I make a complaint?


There are several ways to make a complaint:

1. Online

Make your complaint online with the complaint form on our website.

2. Telephone

Would you prefer to make your complaint by telephone? Then you can call us.

3. Letter

You can also send us a letter. Your letter needs to contain the following details:

  • Your complaint.
  • The date of your complaint.
  • Your name and initials.
  • Your address.
  • Your date of birth.
  • Your citizen service number (BSN).
  • Your phone number, so we can call you for a personal conversation.
